Innovation
Known as Business
Process Reengineeering its as simple as having empathy with
what internal and external users need, and providing usable simple solutions.
We look for ways to
streamline existing processes. Is it even necessary to complete
that step. Is there a new way of achieving the same goal, or is
there something completely new.
Don't forget that most
users do not like change, so you will need to produce a good
case. Always ask the question as though you were every
participant "What's in it for me". It normally comes down to one
or all of the following:
- I save
money or make money
- I save
time
- I find
it easy to use and understand
- I feel
in control and have the information I need
It is very difficult to judge and measure
behavioral change, but do not change anything if you cant answer
"Yes" to most of the above questions.
